College Center Information Center
A. Keys (sign out procedure)
Individuals who have reserved rooms in the College Center and Main Parlors can pick up keys at the Info Center by leaving their ID, which they can retrieve upon returning the key.
B. Keys/key permissions (for VSA organizations)
See Associate Director of Campus Activities.
- The chair (or highest person in authority) of any student organization, which holds office space in the College Center, must complete a key permission form for that office. The organization budget will be charged if a key is not returned.
*Only the person highest in authority can add or delete names from the list
*If a key is signed out, another key will not be issued. You must wait until the key has been returned. ALL KEYS SIGNED OUT MUST BE RETURNED THE SAME DAY. CC Supv. Ring at the CRC is key #35.
C. Lost and Found
The lost and found is located at the Information Center.
Procedure: Any lost articles should be logged in the Lost and Found database. List the date and describe the item. Place the lost item on the bottom shelf of the Info cabinet.
Policy: The Office of Campus Activities will hold lost and found items for one semester. At the end of the semester, items will be given to local shelters, etc.
D. Film Policy
Films are dropped off and picked up by the Film League or Academic Departments at the Information Center.
Procedure: Films should be labeled by the department. The projectionist from Media Resources will pick up the film on the day it is to be shown. The projectionist will return the film to the Info Center. The film should be returned to the same spot and will be picked up by the department or the Film League.
E. Table Reservation
Ten tables are available each day for use by VSA organizations or departments. Reservations work on a first come/first served basis. Groups must set up and tear down their tables each day. Reserve at Information Desk (10 tales per day – no exceptions).
