Reserving the Right Location for an Event

The Office of Campus Activities schedules all activities occurring in the College Center, Main Parlors, the Chapel, the Aula, and the second floor of the Students' Building at all times. Campus Activities also schedules all activities occurring in a variety of classrooms in Blodgett Hall, Rockefeller Hall, Sanders Classroom, New England Building, and Kenyon Hall after 5pm Mon-Fri., and on weekends.

Reserving a Location for Non-events

In order to reserve a space, the participants must represent a Vassar department, or VSA organization. Space on campus is not intended for individual use with the exception of private parties.

Rooms are reserved on an availability basis: first come, first served.

There is a convenient on-line scheduling system in place, intended for meetings, or rehearsals (no events). To schedule a meeting or rehearsal visit http://scheduling.vassar.edu.

The Office of Campus Activities reserves the right to assign or designate a suitable alternate space.
