The Villard Room

The Villard Room is available for reservations all day, seven days a week.

The Villard Room is equipped with lounge furniture, a permanent dance floor, piano, and an in-house sound system and mics. Other sound and projection needs should be requested through Media Resources.

The Villard Room is located near a storage room that contains round tables, six-foot tables and chairs. Organizations can setup these items on their own.

All equipment requests for tables, media equipment, etc. must be reserved through the SARC.

The Villard Room is a universal space that can be used for dinners, large lectures, performances, parties and large gatherings.

The College Center Multipurpose Room (CC MPR):

The CC MPR is available for reservations all day, seven days a week.

The CC MPR is equipped with a sound system, projector and screen. The system is self-operational but the Building Manager on duty can also provide assistance for the media equipment.

The CC MPR has stationary chairs and tables that can be arranged by the organizations.

The CC MPR is a universal space that can be used for dinners, large lectures, performances. and other large gatherings.

Ely Hall (The Aula)

Although the equipment in the Aula is stationary, it must still be reserved through the SARC.

Small square tables, round tables and chairs are housed in the Aula, and organizations have access to this equipment.

Sound equipment is housed in the kitchen of the Aula. An iPod, iPhone, or any Mp3 player can be hooked up to the system.

Accessible kitchen with fully functional stove located off the Aula.

The Aula is best used for parties, dinners, lectures, student performances, bands and theater performances.

Students’ Building, Second Floor (UpC)

Hours of Operation: 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Organizations can provide their own setup; however, all equipment needs must be reserved through the SARC.

Round tables and chairs are housed in the storage room on the second floor of UpC. Organizations will need the Building Manager to grant them access to the storage closet.

Accessible kitchen with fully functional range located in the rear of UpC.

Media Equipment: In-house sound system for CD’s, DVD, VHS capability, screen (unavailable at the moment), mics, mic stands, and a piano.

The Students’ Building is a universal space that can be used for dinners, large lectures, performances, parties, concerts and large gatherings.

College Center Conference Rooms: 204, 237 and 240:

These rooms can be reserved throughout the day Monday thru Saturday and beginning at Noon on Sunday.

These rooms can be utilized as meeting spaces and small gathering spaces.

For events in these rooms usually much isn’t needed to host a meeting or small gathering.

Rockefeller Hall

Hours of operation: After hours on weekdays and all day on the weekends.

Rooms in Rocky all have technical equipment that can be utilized by organizations. This includes: podiums with built in mics, projectors with hook ups for laptops (if using a Mac, the organization will have to provide a dongle), a screen, and DVD player.

Rocky is usually utilized for lectures, meetings, student theater, a capella performances and movie screenings.

Taylor Hall

Hours of operation: Afterhours on weekdays and all day on the weekends.

Rooms in Taylor have specific technical equipment that can be utilized by organizations, however this equipment must not be compromised.

Taylor 102 will need a Media Resources technician to operate the media equipment in the room. This request must be made in advance.

Taylor is usually utilized for lectures, meetings, student theater, a capella performances and movie screenings.

Sanders Classroom Auditorium

Hours of operation: After hours on weekdays and all day on the weekends.

Sanders has built in media equipment that can be utilized by student organizations.

Sanders is usually utilized for student theater, a capella performances and movie screenings.
