Student Activities Resource Center (SARC)
Planning an event can be a nerve-racking experience. Vassar has an unparalleled variety of meeting spaces, performance venues, and classrooms full of resources that can be configured to support diverse needs. At the SARC you will work together with your designated Intern to make your events fabulous!
The SARC is located on the first floor of the College Center in room 112 (CC112). It is a student-staffed office created to facilitate event management. The SARC is staffed by SARC Interns trained by the Office of Campus Activities in all facets of event planning and execution. Organizations are encouraged to utilize the office and its resources. The SARC hours are posted on the office door and at the Info Center. SARC is at ext. 7854.
SARC Programming Intern
All VSA organizations are assigned a SARC Programming Intern for the year. Upon approval of a VSA event, the organization must meet with their assigned Intern. Organizations must see their SARC interns, otherwise, events may be cancelled if no contact is made 5 days before the event.
